Effective January 1st, 2020 Waste Connections is the new solid waste hauler for the City of Manor. On your regularly scheduled trash and recycling pickup day, your trash and recycling carts will be removed and Waste Connections will drop off new trash and recycling carts the following day. Please make sure your carts are curbside by 7 a.m. for service. If your carts are not removed on your service day, please keep them out.  Waste Management will be sweeping the city to remove all carts by the end of the week.
