2017 Travis County Citizens Bond Advisory Committee Public Outreach Meeting Schedule

The 2017 Travis County Citizen’s Bond Advisory Committee (CBAC) has begun the process of selecting projects to be recommended to Commissioner’s Court for potential funding in November 2017 bond referendums.

The Travis County Commissioners Court is inviting residents to attend a series of public outreach meetings to learn more about the Committee’s proposed 2017 Travis County list of bond projects and provide comments for the Commissioners Court to consider.

The proposed projects include County road capacity and safety projects, road reconstruction, pedestrian/bicycle facility improvements, bridge replacements, flood control projects, county park improvements, and acquisition of parkland and conservation easements.

All public meetings are open to the public and will begin with a 15-minute Open House format, followed by a brief presentation about the Committee’s charge and process. Oral comments about the Committee’s work will be taken for the public record by Committee members following the presentation. Written comments can also be made anytime during any meeting or online at the website below. The public is encouraged to arrive whenever you can within an approximate 2 hour meeting window.
