After clicking the Help Button, look at the bottom of your screen and click on the name of the download.


Click "Run" in the Open File Security Warning box


Find and note "Your ID" the 9 digit number and your 4 digit password
(This password is only good for one session and it will then reset)


You will notice in the lower right hand corner that a Session is open, this confirms you have established a session with us.


After we have competed the work we will close the session you will have a window pop up highlighting that the session has ended, you may now close this and any other "TeamViewer" windows that may pop up.
