NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE INTENTION TO ISSUE
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT REVENUE BONDS
(MANOR HEIGHTS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT AREA #4 PROJECT)

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Manor, Texas, will convene at the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 105 E. Eggleston Street, Manor, Texas 78653 at 7:00 p.m. on May 1, 2024, and, during such meeting, the City Council will conduct a hearing on whether to issue special assessment revenue bonds to provide public improvements in connection with Improvement Area #4 of the Manor Heights Public Improvement District in an approximate amount not to exceed $5,070,000.  The meeting may also be viewed electronically. Please visit www.manortx.gov for more detailed instructions on how to live-stream the meeting.

 

The City is authorized to issue special assessment revenue bonds without an election pursuant to Section 372.024, Texas Local Government Code, as amended.  No provision is made for a petition or an election in connection with such special assessment revenue bonds.  The special assessment revenue bonds, if issued, will be payable from the special assessments on the property in Improvement Area #4 of the Manor Heights Public Improvement District.

The City of Manor Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings to allow citizens an opportunity to discuss the proposed use and the potential impact on surrounding landowners on the following date:

Regarding the submission of a Rezoning Application for one (1) lot on 0.26 acres, more or less, and being located at 310 W. Murray Street, Manor, TX, from (SF-1) Single Family Suburban to (NB) Neighborhood Business.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The City Council of the City of Manor will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Manor City Hall, 105 East Eggleston Street, Manor, Texas, on May 15, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comments on the proposed Stormwater Drainage Utility Ordinance. The Stormwater Drainage Utility Ordinance will establish stormwater drainage as a public utility and stormwater drainage fees will be enacted to fund the Stormwater Drainage Utility. The Stormwater Drainage Utility Ordinance is included herein and is also available at Manor Public Works, 416 Gregg Street, Manor, Texas. The City Council of the City of Manor, Texas (the “City”), will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Manor City Hall at 105 E. Eggleston Street, Manor, Texas, on April 17, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public comments on the proposed initiation of annexation proceedings of the following generally-described parcel of land. Notice is hereby given of the following public hearing that will be held at the time and place listed above, to wit:

 

Public Hearing:  

 

A public hearing will be held on the proposed annexation of a certain area of land being 1.273 acres, more or less, located in Travis County, Texas, and being at 13105 FM 1100, Manor, Texas.

 

The above-described property is more particularly described in the maps and materials related to the above-referenced annexation, which are available for inspection at Public Works, 416 Gregg Street, Manor, Texas, and will be available at the public hearing.
