NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE INTENTION TO ISSUE
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT REVENUE BONDS
(MANOR HEIGHTS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT AREA #4 PROJECT)


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Manor, Texas, will convene at the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 105 E. Eggleston Street, Manor, Texas 78653 at 7:00 p.m. on May 15, 2024, and, during such meeting, the City Council will conduct a hearing on whether to issue special assessment revenue bonds to provide public improvements in connection with Improvement Area #4 of the Manor Heights Public Improvement District in an approximate amount not to exceed $5,070,000.  The meeting may also be viewed electronically. Please visit www.manortx.gov for more detailed instructions on how to live-stream the meeting. 

 

The City is authorized to issue special assessment revenue bonds without an election pursuant to Section 372.024, Texas Local Government Code, as amended.  No provision is made for a petition or an election in connection with such special assessment revenue bonds.  The special assessment revenue bonds, if issued, will be payable from the special assessments on the property in Improvement Area #4 of the Manor Heights Public Improvement District.
