Docket for the Manor Municipal Court

NEW - VIRTUAL COURT : 

The Manor Municipal Court now offers “Virtual Court” as an option to resolve your case(s). Virtual Court, a new service for our court and allows you to appear before the judge about your case by using your laptop, desktop, tablet or phone.

To use this Virtual Court system, the following is required:

1.  Functioning Camera and Microphone on a,

2.  Laptop, desktop, tablet or phone, and

3.  Chrome, Firefox or IOS browser

You must reach out to the court to provide us with your email address and to set the date and time for your hearing.  Contact the court by calling 512-272-8178 or email the Court  - court@manortx.gov.

Requesting a reset

Per the Judges' standing order (Appearances, Dockets & Continuances), Defendants wishing to request a reset for their case(s) must submit an written Motion for Continuance.  Below is the "Defendant's Motion for Continuance" form that must be completed and either emailed - court@manortx.gov or faxed to 512-272-8636 for consideration:

Requesting to be set on Virtual Arraignment / Virtual Open Court Docket

Defendants who wish to speak to the Judge regarding their case(s), but are unable to attend in person may request to be set on the court's Virtual Arraignment / Virtual Open Court docket.

The following is required to be set on the Virtual Arraignment / Virtual Open Court docket:

1) Functioning camera and microphone on a laptop, desktop, tablet or cell phone

2) Complete and submitted "Request for Virtual Arraignment Setting" form (see below)

Once the court receives your completed "Request for Virtual Arraignment setting" form, a clerk will set your case(s) on the next available Virtual Arraignment / Virtual Open Court docket and will email you the notice with instructions for the Virtual Vourt process, date and time.
